Alright well I got a 80 Bloodelf holy pally in decent gear. Around 12 epics on her which are PvE epics from badges, etc... Xfer is up. No flyer or proffessions and hardly any gold. Shes also got an alright ret set which is fully blue except for a couple of epics.
She has 1700 spell power.
24% crit.
