both toons have epic flight and dual spec
dk has maxxed herb/alch, with a cool title of twilight vanquisher and a nice mount -- the blue proto drake.
dk has full pvp gear, and a "decent" tank set.
shaman is elemental and pulls about 4.5k+ dps in raids whereas the dk pulls a good 6k+.
