Hey Markee, I have got a 70 NE Warrior with 3/5 S2 and 1/5 S1, he has enough arena points for his brutal legs as well. He has all enchanted gear and is spec'ed arms. He has Stormherald weapon with Executioner on it. He is on Destromath PVP server and this server wins 90% of all AV's and 80% of AB,WSG,EOTS.
