He has amazing gear for both PvP and PvE.

5v5-1779 (This team is more than capable of reaching 2k easy)
4/5 Brutal, 1/5 Venge. Venge weapon and shield.
Everything is fully enchanted and ready to go.
PvE-
As you can see in the picture, he has near 2400 healing, which is Godly.
Get a shadow priest in your group, and you will never go oom and people love your chain heals.
Interesting Items: Chromatic Carapace (Epic Pre-BC item that has a .01% drop rate.
)
Sun Touched Satchet (20 slot bag)
Few Epic gems
That's about it, he doesn't have too many interesting things.
