The shaman must have atleast some glad and the account must be payed for 3 months atleast...
My hunter is 70 has full merc gemed and enchanted has some T4. She is on Duraton (You must transfer the shaman to duraton) I have a bunch on primals enchanting mats and other various things. The account has 6 months on it (If you didnt notice im giving you 3 months cuz your transfering the shaman)and has multiple alts with various things.
