Lowest ilvl is trinket which is 213 because it's best for healer.
Pants are 232 everything else is ilvl 245 or better.

PvE has a GS Around 5K

Dual Spec

Only Looking for Locks Any Race/Faction is fine.
Will pay for xfer or faction change if you outgear me.
