To work with paypal you don't need a mastercard / visa / ... . As far as i know you can just make one get your personal info in there and get to work. The only thing that wil be a bit harder is getting actual money on there without a credit / debit card. But it is stil possible.

Well sorry to hear that but you know it is a serious security risk on the buyers end to give you credits to recieve a account do you ? Than you give the account details and later on reclaim it from FC. Than you both have the credits and account. On the other hand with paypal or any other payment option you can lay down proof that you bought it.
