You posted a scammers report in the wrong section, and just posted 1 screen shot.

Go the the "Scammers" Section, not scam busters.
And at the top it has a scammer format, copy that into a new post, and fill out the info with all info you can provide with both SS's and a picture of you paying him on Paypal.

Tefog make a scammer post and get this kid banned.
Use the format at the top of the scammer forums.
And you can get your money back even if you sent it as a gift.
