Non BC, non wrath WoW account.
This account contains x2 level 60's:
60 NE Priest
60 NE Rogue

Both transfers are up.

This account does not have game time.

These toons are not decked in 60 raid gear.

Math:

Normal WoW CD Key - $15.00 USD
Powerlevel For 1 60 - $30.00 USD (Average)

So in theory you are getting good deal.
