Ranger got some decent blue khitai equip - faction tamarian tigers + PVP5 epic Xbow and bolts, not respeced to often so you can experiment with the build quite well.
This account got Khitai Special Edition + Croms Mights which gives u LOTS of nasty items for all levels (xp potions, mounts and epics)
