My Opinion
Contact Response time for Emails are horrible....I'm talking days as I as trying to sell a WoW Toon.
Two people gave me different bids then of course they tried to low ball me (go with the lowest bid the one rep offered me) because "They have so many accounts" which if you read their blog they seemed short of accounts.
I' surprised if these people actaully communicate on a daily basis to know what is going on wit their site or inventory.
I actually ended up going with another more reputable company and even got a higher prive for my toon and the whole process took 15 minutes from start to finish.
No I would not recommend these guys/gals/people in a million years.
