Each billion is 15€. Chaos scroll is 470mil merket price, and White scroll are 410mil market price.
Which payments do you accept?
Paypal family/friends payment It is also recommended That your paypal is verified. Which means that your account need to be attach to your bank account to be called verified.
Bitcoin and runescape 2007 GP. (10% discount if you use those payments)
Buy limit?
To somebody who isn't bought from me in the past and do not have verfied account. Can buy with paypal 100€ worth of scrolls/AP resets.
After 2 weeks he can buy from me unlimited.
If you are verfied/Have bitcoin/Have Runescape 2007 GP.
You can purchase unlimited. Even if it is your first time.
Getting scam from fishy people.
Be aware from scammers that could scam your money and imposer to me.
I will never ask you for money In skype/Forum without verified it before!!!
I do check you twice in the forum and the skype if it is you.

Of course I never said you cannot be banned but still I make it much harder to track you down and find out if you RWT or not.
I will give you guidelines and tips/ways to avoid getting banned if you will do it right there is a lot better chance that you will not getting banned (99.99%)
