This character is an absolute blast to play on. She has amazing gear for all sets including top rewards from hyjal and bt in all sets. I would say she is well prepared for Sunwell as Enhancement and Elemental and is ready for Hyjal/BT as Restoration Spec.
Also has PVP Gear for all specs, including a mix of vengeful/merciless/gladiator all specs, top set is probably elemental, does have Season 3 Shoulders for Elemental/Restoration as well along with honor rewards for everything.
