No, account is absolutely ban's free.

Even in CS GO competitive mode. But i think its still have 1 or 2 cooldown level.

In NMRH i have only automatic bans for teamkilling (just couse those system banned everybody, who did more that 150hp damage) and only on rudefish servers.

Also, how can i proof there is no bans on my account?

He's apparently a pretty aggravated player, being banned constantly for tk'ing and verbal abuse.

Although the account is free of bans and doesn't seem to have been sold to anyone else.

I don't know why I cared to look for all of this. :c
