You can call it what you want. That's the market price. Supply and demand. I can easily trade this off for $1800 worth of items but I rather not deal with that. I love how people like to talk **** just cus its not something they're willing to pay for. It's kind of like calling a Ferrari, Lambo, Bentley, LV, Prada, etc over valued and "****ing retarded". Current value of the knife is around 750 Keys but I ballpark it around $1750 - $1800 USD. Typically I'll sell for about 75% of market value but I'll take any reasonable offer.
