ALL gems that matter are 20% Quality - All Gear is GG end game nothing needs upgrades except a few minor stat upgrades other than that you are good!
Face roll past level 78 maps 1 shotting everything with Desecration + Detonate dead or if you get bored drop an incinerate.
1 Shots pretty much any non boss mob - Most boss mobs will get 1shotted + burned - Atazri takes a bit longer but just as easy
Tons of maps in stash from 74s-78s + lots of low end currency (no EX or Eternals used all to gear up) + Tons of 20% gems and other quality gems + AZ maps + random uniques and all that crap.
