How does your AR compare to a QL10 blue AR?

My AR is a 10.4/10.4 (446 weapon power, 319 hit) AR with a rare(blue) signet of breaching, so much better than a QL10 blue. Also have a 10.5/10 blood weapon, a 10.4/10 fist weapon, a 10.4/10.4 ele weapons, 10.4/10.4 pistols, 10.2/10.4 chaos weapon, and a QL 10.2 sword shotgun and hammer.
