Night elf Druid pvp gear - 5/5 furious 2350 mace+oh+2350staff. Will be getting gladiator in 3s.
Pve resto gear - Hands and legs t8? w/e the 10m ulduar, val shoulders and just random 25/10m ulduar epics some naxx it's all epic.
Pve Feral - 4p val 1p conq pretty much a half assed set besides that has journeys end and alot of naxx 25/10 loot
Also has Arena Master/Duelist/Rival/Flamewarden/Of the nightfall

Pvp gear that I personally use - 4p furious 1p deadly(it's the legs missed out on points :X) duel 2350 daggers, surge needle, bandits insig, Footpads of silence, Death-warmed Belt
Pve gear - Legs/helm are conq/Drape of deadly foe/greatness/fury of fiveslights/spinning fate/badge neck/25levi bracers
The titles are Twilightvanq/nightfall/hand of adal/explorer/bloodsail admirl/explorer
