Guy is shady. Won't go first despite what his opening post says, and completely avoids the idea of making the transaction over the phone. Will not let buyer varify the toon before sending payment, to boot. Be cautious.

I could not, nor will not recall anything even if we werent to make the transaction. however if the toon is on the acct and i see this. I will certainly send the payment.
