Diamond border for solo queue, no border for ranked 5's

The only thing different is that I bought a few skins and champions, name changed, and dropped my ranking from Diamond 1 to Diamond 5 during this 9 month period...
Like I said in the previous post, I have very little posts on this website so I understand if some won't be able to trust me in this transaction, which is OK I would feel the same way as well. I quit last year at around April but started playing a little bit during the end of my summer before my first year in college started. But since college has started, I have played very little and I'm only playing more than usual right now due to a long winter break. But as of now, I would rather get rid of the account before I get addicted again haha. I had this account since the middle of season 2 and as far as I remember, this account has not been punished in a long time.
