We can also go without Trade Guardian, but in that case you pay first!.
Account has all the free skins, monthly card (30 day+ active) and a bunch of payed skins (you can check it in the images).
Account is not linked to anything, it only has email and it can be changed (check the images).
The only character i'm missing is Eatchel.
