I put a lot of time into this detailed description so that you would read it. If i receive any questions already answered by this post i'm going to assume you're a scammer or some idiot that can't read and terminate negotiations between us.

I accept verified paypal / epassporte / and possibly check.
Buyer must provide me with: the email address associated with their paypal account/phone number/and address.
I would also like a scan of the buyer's driver's license or government issued id. This is to verify that the paypal account is indeed yours and not stolen.
Once the buyer has agreed to purchase the account and has provided me with the necessary information. I will contact the buyer by phone and begin the transaction.
I will send a money request invoice via Paypal.
It is imperative that the buyer puts: "Product and service is as described in the advertisement. I am extremely satisfied."
in the note section of the invoice.
Once i receive the payment and confirm that the note is there, i will provide log in info to the buyer. After 5 days has passed (IE the transfer to my bank from paypal has cleared, i will provide the buyer with the answer to the secret question and change the email address to the buyer's desired email.
These are my strict trading procedures, you will not receive an email address change/ SQ and answer before the payment has cleared.
It is also possible for us to arrange a time to meet in game on the Frostmane server so that the buyer can verify that my characters exist/are active/and are geared accordingly with the description.
