Everything that happened in that incident I'm pretty sure was going to happen to me, as soon as he had the transaction id number for the WU, he didn't answer cellphone, wouldn't send a picture ID, but he (required mine). He coviently couldn't find his DL, just an old school ID.

I was going to Upload his school ID, but i didn't have the photo uploaded to my photo bucket account yet.
