If you are unclear about the stats I provide or the gear choices I make, I am going to assume that you are either wasting my time or a scammer since anyone willing to spend this amount of money on a shaman should know what they are talking about.

With haste being the primary stat for chain-heal focused restoration Shaman, this Shaman’s gear and gems have been chosen so as to maximise total Heals Per Second capacity. In normal gear, the shaman can achieve the following core stats unbuffed:
+Healing: 2405
Mp5 while casting: 127
Haste: 277
Spell critical: 10%
In this gear, the shaman has achieved upwards of 2.7k HPS on the Twins encounter. As I have mentioned, the stats are as they are due to gear/gem choices. It should be noted that it would be possible to achieve an extra 100 +healing with different gem choices, and SIGNIFICANTLY more Mp5 with different trinkets. The shaman has a huge amount of healing gear not shown in the profile to support these sort of stat changes (ZA shield, Mp5 trinkets, Mp5 capes, spell haste PVP trinket etc).

The shaman is quite well geared for resto PVP. I was never a Gladiator level PVPer, or even a keen one at that. Despite this, the Shaman has an almost full set of S3 (minus shoulders) and 2 pieces of S4. I have found that replacing the S3 belts/bracers/boots with the T6 stuff to very viable.
