Im looking to sell my Tauren Shaman today.
He is my PvE Healing jewel, unfortunately I have a few too many accounts on hand to afford.
He is in 4/5 Tier 8/8.5 with the off-set piece being T9 equivalent shoulders that I got from ToC.
Breaks 2.5k spellpower self buffed and hits close to 3k in raids.
He has an ele offspec with a decent set and does decent dps in it (3k+).
He has epic flying, etc.
