I have about 1315+ shadow dmg. but I have a lot of off gear that has haste, which will drop the dmg down depending on what you'd feel is enough dmg/haste ratio. T6 helm of shadow, s3 weapon

Fishing/Cooking = 250/225 --- ive done the quest for both soe they can go higher without doing anything.
First Aid - 375
Tailoring - 375 Lots of Epic craftable patterns.
Enchanting- 375 Ring enchants
