This mage is very well geared, and I excelled in Arena PvP, obtaining Gladiator and the Deadly Gladiator's Frost Wyrm, as well as PvE, hitting top 5 in the damage meters on almost every 25 man encounter. This mage is geared enough to dominate world pvp and battlegrounds, and is perfect if you are looking to join an Ulduar raiding guild.
All gear is gemmed and enchanted the way I think is best for PvP or PvE. This mage can easily hit over 2k unbuffed spell power, and with all trinkets popped, over 3,000.
