Realm type - US PVE
Gear is full Wrath 25 man epic quality with the exception of the following: Legs (Wrath 10 man epic quality), Trinket 1 (Wrath 10 man epic quality), Trinket 2 (Burning Crusade Epic quality).
As such main spec (Protection) is Ulduar ready and very few upgrades in game left.
If protection isn't your thing, I have a full epic DPS set (mostly Wrath 25 man epic quality, couple Wrath 10 man quality and one Burning Crusade quality epics with 1 blue quality weapon for Fury Off Hand).
Professions:
Blacksmithing - 445 skill most of the Plans in the game learned.
Mining - 450 Maxed
Cooking - Can learn every cooking recipe except Fish Feast.
Fishing - Able to fish anywhere in Northrend with +100 lure.
First Aid - 450 Maxed
Currency and other tidbits:
Gold - 1600 in physical gold, more available from inventory.
Riding Skill: Epic Riding, Epic Flying, Northrend enabled.

Dalaran Cooking Awards - 29
Emblems - 57+ of Both Wrath types (I'm still currently playing the game, so this is the least amount right now)
Titles - Scout, Jenkins, the Hallowed, Champion of the Naaru, Champion of the Frozen Wastes.
Vanity pets - 48 (2 shy of Skunk Pet)
