So with that out of the way, on to the details!
GENERAL INFO
I’ve been playing since day one with a collector’s edition account (so you get the collector edition pets as well!). However, due to the long term lack of play time, I am selling two horde PVP characters, a paladin and a hunter. They are a fun combo to have, as you can heal and PVE quite well on the paladin (even with PVP gear) and just tear things up in BGs, gank, or farm quite well on the hunter (though ret is fun too, I really like the range + kiting on a hunter). In addition, this account has over 10,000 gold, so considering both characters have their epic flying skills paid for (to use those Merciless Nether Drakes), this should be plenty to buy whatever you want (gems, enchants, or just save up for the expansion).
The characters both have gladiator title, and both have a lot of extra honor/arena points to spend (whether to get more gear or save up for season 4). They are mainly decked out in PVP gear, though the paladin (which was my main) has various PVE gear from Kara, ZA, Gruul, SSC/TK. The paladin also has some epic shadow resist in case you want to raid certain PVE encounters or just piss warlocks off (and it’s GREAT for that… I’ve laughed at so many alliance locks it’s not even funny). In addition, the paladin is a max level JC with most of the valuable blue gem cuts, and all the epic gem cuts. This is invaluable in saving money by making your own gems, or making money by selling gems, especially when you have an efficient ore farmer like a hunter (as I will describe below).
As for the hunter, he makes a great alt to PVP, at least for me, because I enjoy the range, the damage, and I have fun kiting things. Plus, he’s a great farmer (hence how I’ve gotten gobs of gold, and I’ve sold or given away thousands and thousands of gold as well). With mining, herbing, and a 310% mount, you can zip around outland and collect the most valuable materials around. Plus, with pets, traps, and feign death, you don’t even need to fight the mobs! Just sick pet, gather/mine, return pet/feign death, and you’re out of combat to remount and fly away. From there, just auction off your goods (or give ore to paladin to prospect and cut) and watch the cash flow in!
