yea. now Arena.net stop the service to change the username email assoicated with the account =(.
eventhough you can do that , it will go a very long correspondent, and a lot of verifications as well.. and this verification data also they kept it so in future the new owner going to have a lot of problem if someday they decide to sell or change some of the security issue or impossible to buy gems.
so its impossible for you to sell the account if you didnt give the email as well.

Yes I actually crafted the Legendary. I haven't looked into changing the email yet though.

 

how would the account ownership be transferred? I heard changing the registered email through Anet is quite painful and require lots of verification. Did you actually craft the legendary? I heard Anet is banning people who bought legendaries from gold farmers.
