Looks like a private realm to me, look at same bags, e.g. easy to add a certain amount of bags at one time, also the cast bar has a the weapon you start with and 2 other spells, which weirdly enough you start with, no add-ons for healing in raids, noone around him on the SS, and an armory link he probably used to try and copy the gear, but is phailing.

Scammer imo.
