I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it is highly unlikely that you will sell an EVE char for that much here. EVE is getting pretty long in the tooth, and although it serves a niche market well, there really isnt very many people looking to buy eve accounts, let alone pay that much.

You would be much better off selling through word of mouth, in and around EVE communities in game and on IRC, as unfortunately, thats the only place your character really has much worth.
