The attributes are: <span style="font-weight: bold">24 Perception, 18 Willpower, 18 Intelligence, 18 Memory, 15 Charisma.</span>
This is a combat/PvP/mission character, with training focused on flying Gallente gun and drone ships.

With the recent speed nerf, Gallente ships are still all-around best for fighting!
The character is a true gunnery specialist. All Gunnery support skills, like Surgical Strike and Sharpshooting, will be at level 4 or 5. This toon will be able to snipe from a long distance with railguns, or do OMGWTF DPS with blasters.
Can use Tech 2 Medium and Small blasters and railguns.
Just two weeks training until <span style="font-weight: bold">Tech 2 Large guns</span> (training at the moment).
Thic char literally owns almost any other toon with an Ishtar HAC, or with a Dominix battleship. It took more than a year to spec intelligently for these ships!
Will also be able use Arazu and Lachesis recon/force recon ships. Excellent in an anti-sniper role in a fleet.
Can fly covert ops ships for scouting, finding exploration sites, or jumping safely through 0.0 space, and stealth bombers for high sec suicide ganking. This generates some nice ISK over weekends.
Very nice scan probing skills! Has <span style="font-weight: bold">Astrometrics 5</span>, and all other Astrometrics support skills are at 3 and 4. <span style="font-weight: bold">A very, very, very high-demand feature for upcoming Apocrypha expansion!</span> Scan out Wormholes, and exploration sites with ease!
She has good support skills for her Gallente ships. Solid armor tanking (Hull Upgrades, Repair Systems 5, Compensation skills all at 4) and capacitor skills, good navigation and general fitting skills.
She will make very decent ISK in 0.0 farming those battleship NPCs with 1-2 mil bounties on them, or running 9/10 PLEXes in the company of an alt.
Has +6.4 standing with Federation Navy. <span style="font-weight: bold">Almost all Level 4 Fed Navy agents are available for high-sec mission running!</span> That means you can make some easy AFK ISK, or pop a few people in lowsec, and then get your sec status up by killing easy mission rats in Dodixie!
