His main spec is Healing, Ulduar ready, 2 pieces from there already, belt and t8.5 gloves. other than a ring and 1 trinket u won't get any* upgraded pre-ulduar. usually dual spec with Feral bear, in which he has 32k hp unbuffed, although most of the pieces are meant for dps, so if u wanting to go cat all u need too do is re-enchant and re-gem. Also has 2-3 pieces with hit rating too go boomkin if needed.
has the CoS timed dragon, and epic flyer training with cold weather training. max out Herbalism, was working on enchanting.
Transfer is up, also there are a few alts with 4 pieces of BoA items (3 weps = 2 swords and 1 staff; 1 shoulder = leather melee) in case u feel like leveling a toon.
