The priest has full 232/245 gear , almost 50k+ honor 70+ triumph badge,31+ frost badges, as a Bonus it does have some small pvp gear but nothing serious.
as for professions it does have 300 engineering but if required to make a deal I can level you two max professions, engineering and enchanting.
