Simply put, Dark Crag is where the action is. The server routinely runs queu times for both destruction and order players. Log in wait times are a GOOD thing, the more the merrier when massive pvp is the name of the game. Currently the server appears to be stalemated, with neither side apparently able to force the issue on the other with respect to city seiges. This state of affairs makes the value of the equipment you are about to be shown even rarer and more prestigious.

WITCH ELF CLASS DESCRIPTION:
The Witch Elf is, without question, the highest dishing damage class traversing the battlefields of Dark Crag. Although BrightWizards, Engineers, and even well played Sorcs may surpass you in total damage during certain scenarios, those classes are simply incapable of delivering the SINGLE - TARGET, DIRECT DAMAGE OUTPUT needed to be considered the top DPS class in Warhammer, a title that, indisputably, belongs to the Witch Elf class.
CHARACTER FEATURES:
200+ SALVAGING AND TALISMAN MAKING. With the nerf to the salvaging skill that came in the form of reduced probability of landing a critical fragment, possessing salvaging on a powerful level 40 is absolutely required in order to efficiently produce income. You may no longer purchase renown gear for purple fragments, thus, you must rely on salvaging gold and purple items, the vast majority of which are bind on pickup.
Single Skill Damage Output: 400 Base - 1400 Critical Damage (every two seconds using Slice ability)
STR: 1150 (est.) where full str equipped (you'll never go that route), you’ll want more wounds.

analysis: spiritual resistance is nearly useless but corp and ele are brightwizard and engineer favored damage types. So on balance if you would trade 24 wounds for 4 str., 48 weapon skill, 200 elemental and 200 corporeal resistance, you’d obviously want the Fervor Rings.
**The missing ring here is part of Lost Vale. I had completed the quest but accidently abandoned it without looking at what it was. Sorry about that.
