Well time has come to walk away .... and one of the few chances for someone to get the ultimate deal.

Well as the above post says advy was under negotiation and was sold (for double your offer, soz) ...
I do answer my emails which is why they are now all sold..
I was happy to talk to anyody with serious offers, as these were good accounts not stripped cheapies for <$300..
