Check your E-Mail inbox. I've contacted you for a long time to get the Scarab Lord Warrior unlocked with your ID. It's really hard to get a response from you. If you can't get it fixed I don't mind taking this Mage as a trade-in.

Otherwise, if you manage to get the ID, please get it fixed in 2-3 days tops. It's really been a while. Would really like to get this sorted.
