I have an account with a T1E6, which you can no longer get, it is a premium that is no longer in game.

True, you can no longer get it, but it is not super rare, in fact, it is probably the most common premium, next to the LTP, another mass gift tank. You are correct though, it would appear that as of this time, there is no other way to obtain it.
