SCAMMED: WTS account with 2 level 80's for around $500

Hi i got scamed by skendy. At first he tried to send me an echeck when he didnt have any money. I knew he was a scammer at that point. then he said he would send me the money for real. I got the money on paypal and thought that i have the money now so he cant scam me. i gave him the info and he disputed the money and he got it back the next day.

I am so pissed. i filed a report with paypal. how did he do it?
