The account has as I said numerous skins(+/-20 skins), almost every champion unlocked, 3 rune pages, most important runes unlocked. It's on TR server but buying RP on TR server is a lot cheaper than in EUW for instance, so it shouldn't be a big problem. You can change the account's ID and summoner name too with an account transfer, I can tell you if you don't know how to do it.

My price is 40€, via paypal. I want paypal because it's safer for both of us(that seller protection thingy they have).
