It definitely needs to be investigated in full. But he is in fact selling the same rogue on another post that he scammed off of Robertsanders.

I KNEW this guy was a scammer. I talked to him for many days and he refused any other method of payment besides WU. He insisted he was a trader and that I should trust him. I asked to talk on the phone and he just logged off of AIM. On a side not, why would you EVER use WU? WU is the biggest scam ever. Its not safe, period.
