4/5 Vengeful (everything but shoulders) Merciless weapon and shield. t5 shoulder, +20 resilience pvp trinket, and veterans/vindicator pieces.

Mostly PVP epics with a couple of other good epic pieces like t5 shoulder and hyjal ring. 2k+ healing.
