completely BiS before Ulduar, can get into any guild though has compeltely fine gear (healed many heroic hard modes with top healing but didnt get gear because i was casual at the time but they let me heal)
has full DEADLY PVP Gear , and enough points to get another Furious... with atleast 700 resil
Has Hand of Rag and ltos of other 60 BiS Ret gear if you want to item restore
