Below is a copy of an email sent to Blizzard. I'm bumping this thread so people see it and watch for simliar toons for sale and are very careful not to get burned by this guy again. I think he has stolen enough money.

I am writing you this email to let you know that Jason Guinto who plays Rathiez on Mal'Ganis Server has been selling accounts, keeping them and attempting to sell again.

While I know it's against EULA to sell an account I am not sure it's against the rules to buy one? Anyway, at this point it doesn't matter.

If you click on his RATINGS link under his name Shroomz85 it will take you to Trust WHO site where they verify his identity with picture ID. I have attached a WESTERN UNION payment to Jason Guinto which will match up with the same info on the tRUST WHO site he was verified on. I would assume it should also match up with info on his account. I have had the police look into this and I do have legal action pending against him and have verified he lives in Ocala FL and have attained other personal information. If you require any more proof he is selling his accounts and stealing money please let me know.

I'm not asking you to do anything for myself here, but it's against Blizzard EULA to sell an account and not only did he sell two accounts, he committed fraud and stole people's money on X-Mas Eve. I would appreciate it if you had someone look into this and once you confirm the information ban the account before he tries to sell it again and rob another person. It seems he has done this a few times. He shows the toon's in game to prove he has them etc, then collects the money and keeps his accounts. Most people don’t' realize this is internet fraud and is a chargeable offense so probably have just let him get away with this in the past without pursuing legal avenues.

(I live in Australia), I paid for a level 70 gnome rogue in full s4 with weapons, showed me ingame was nice on AIM, sent him the money he said Ill be right back, and then he never came back

Ego, I bought this account off him yesterday for my son for Xmas and he never gave me the info and will not answer Aim or phone calls now. Despite all his positive feedback I guess he has decided he doesn't care about his rep here anymore. I will be notifying the authorities and Trust Who, etc after xmas. Hard to believe he would steal from an 11 year old kid on Xmas but he did. This scam is being run by two people Jason Guinto of Ocala FL is the person who the money went to and Robert Harris is the guy who's phone number I was given.

His cell number is 1-517-442-9648. YOu should call him and ask for your 300 bucks.. but I'm quite certain he won't give it to you. If you like you can PM me and we can combine our info and both go to the authorities. Rob lives in Adrian MI and I will have his home address either on Boxing day or the next none-holiday day which I will provide to you as well. I've been scammed over the years a couple of times but I really cannot believe he did this on Xmas knowing it was for a kid. There truly are some horrible people out there.

I will also be sending proof of payment etc to Markee Dragon to get him banned, I would appreciate your support in this also Ego. Are you able to confirm the name of the Death Knight he never paid you for so I can see if it's even the one he showed me. I would suggest you contact blizard and see if you can reclaim it. I know that even if he moved it to a new account there are times Blizzard will give it back.

Everyone should call this jerkoff atleast once and wish him a Merry Xmas.. 1-517-442-9648. Robert Harris, now officially the most pathetic person I have personally dealt with in my life.

P.S. Rob and Jason, I am pursuing this legally, while I may never see my money again, I believe the two of you will end up wasting alot of your time dealing with cops, fraud investigation and I really hope Markee Dragon does the right thing and suspends this account forever. If they do not, then someone will get scammed again due to the trust who and positive feedback that is aligned with this account.
