In the bank there is also a full set of Resto PvP gear and PvE gear. With the restoration PvP gear he is 400+ resil/1800+ healing. With the restoration PvE gear on and the appropiate spec, he is over 2k in healing. There is also Boomkin equipment as well within the bank. The gear is perfectly suited for the toon to be specced as a Restokin.
