With the exception of White Mage - All combat classes are at level 50 and at i80 minimum.
All content cleared up to Turn 9 (Story, Primals, etc.)
The biggest selling point of this account is the Black Mage (i99) / Summoner (i97).

Same Set up for the Summoner - Only change being the Weapon (i95 Leviathan Drop)
Paladin and Warrior are both i90 with Leviathan weapons
Monk and Dragoon are both around the i88-84 mark with Leviathan weapons.
Scholar is the lowest at i80.
As for Crafting classes - Carpenter and Goldsmith are both level 50. Culinary to 37.
For Gathering I have Miner at 50 and it's just about fully melded. You can hit the 1 star nodes currently and have about 30 Umbral Rocks to go before you can trade in for the improved tool.

The Phial was used as it gave a distinct advantage being a Lallafel as a Main Black Mage, however if that's a problem you could request a replacement item ticket or wait for them to become available to purchase.
