Well I have dealt with Hotordot and had no issues, maybe he is tired of people wasting time with offers they know is too low for the account?

I just talked to this guy on AIM. Total tool. After pulling teeth to get information out of him on the account (he is barely able to put together a coherent sentence, 1-2 word answers were the norm), my admittedly low offer was rejected rudely and he went offline. If you enjoy dealing with a Neanderthal convenience store worker, this may be your deal. However, having been on this site for 2+ years...something is amiss here and I urge caution to all potential buyers.
