I've been playing since Vanilla and have put many many hours into these toons. I played the warlock up until wolk, then the dk class intrigued me so I switched to it and played it mostly since, with the priest being my least interest.
Account has 10K gold, and is a horde account with a couple ally alts.
I will start with the DK.
85 Tauren Frost DK - 5K Achievement Points - Avg. Ilvl 339 (heroic ready)
Professions: 525 Blacksmithing 525 Mining
Level 85 Tauren Death Knight | WoW Armory Profiles | Masked Armory
On the DK are a few heroic pieces and then some mixxed pvp/pve gear. Even with the mixed gear he's pulling 13K consistent dps on heroic boss fights and much more on AoE trash pulls (15-16K average). He needs some fine tuning and grinding of heroics but is good to go as is.
Bank includes t7 set and other various vanity gear (war glaive + some other random epics)

Dk Has around 13 exalted reputations with many many revered ones. I've never been much into grinding out rep but the time I've put into the DK has earned me these.
Next up, the priest:
85 Undead Priest - Avg Ilvl 333 (heroic ready) W/ 359 EPIC STAFF!!!! (rare and not many have this)
Professions: 491 JC 443 Tailoring
Level 85 Undead Priest | WoW Armory Profiles | Masked Armory
The priest I've had more interest in come cataclysm and had sat around lvl 70 since BC prior to cata and he shows. The cool thing about this is he does have a couple neat vanity related things. He has a 2008 competitors tabard and 2008 winter olympic pvp rewarded pet (spirit of competition). Other than that he also has the 4th and 5th anniversary pets as well as the new elementium geode pet which looks rather groovy in shadow form.
No real notable mounts on priest other than blue flying carpet, he's almost exalted with netherwing however which will earn you a snazzy netherwing drake. Many other honored/revered reputations.
He also has a rare bastion of twilight staff drop which is ilvl 359 epic, not many people have this and it's nice to show off!
I'm sure I'm forgetting something with him, but just ask if you have any other specific questions. Trying to be as detailed as I can here.
Lastly we'll go into the warlock.
82 Blood Elf Male Warlock - 3500 Achievement Points
Level 82 Blood Elf Warlock | WoW Armory Profiles | Masked Armory
I have not had the time to put into this warlock in cata, but was my main prior to WoLK. He has a good amount of achievement points and a few other things. Has 14 exalted reputations with many others revered/honored. Also has a few rare feats of strength, such as 2008 competitors tabard. Would make a great toon to jump on and further into Cata!

This toon basically has 2 years of rested XP for the most part and would make a fun retro toon to bring up to 85 in cata quite easily. Has cloth boa's to stack on top of the rested bonus for quick leveling! Also has the rare pets listed on the other toons above.
71 Orc Shaman - Bout a year of rested XP on this toon, haven't played him much. . . nothing too special.
72 Ally Dranaei Hunter . . . also with about 2 years rested XP with master sargent title!
74 Ally Human Rogue . . . same as above really, nothing too crazy, has boas, on about 2 years of rested XP, would be a quick level to 80 and beyond!
That about wraps this up. I'm sorry if this is long and drawn out. . I'm trying to be as specific and detailed as I can. I'm sure I've left a lot out.
