Quitting WOW and selling my account with an 80 Rogue in full PVE epics with a few simple PVP hateful items. There is also a bonus 72 Warrior Human 72 Warlock Human and 78 Orc Deathknight. All transfers are UP.

PVP- I did not spend too much time on PVP but I have a few items you might enjoy.
Hateful Boots Bracers and Gloves. I have 27,000 Honor and 500 Arena points as well.
Mounts- Lucky for you I DO have epic flier training with the Wyrmcrest Dragon. Also have the bear mount and a epic horse mount.
Professions- I'm maxed out skinning and herbalism 450/450.
First Aid- Maxed out. 450/450
Gold- 25g left on character at the moment with some bank items to sell, some Eternals etc, but he has gathering professions that make money no problem to obtain.
Bags- I have the 22slot dragons hide bag, and netherweave 16 slots for the rest.
Companions- I have the Phoenix Hatchling which is pretty cool pet.
